Visit7Wonders: en Brasil las Cataratas del Iguazú recibieron más de 200 mil visitantes en julio

Los turistas que llegaron a las Cataratas del Iguazú, una de las Nuevas 7 Maravillas de la Naturaleza en el Mundo, fueron de 124 nacionalidades diferentes. Aunque la mayoría provino de Brasil, Argentina, Paraguay, Estados Unidos, Uruguay y Francia, respectivamente.

El Parque Nacional Iguaçu (en Brasil), que alberga a las maravillosas Cataratas del Iguazú, registró la visita de 204.057 turistas y residentes de la región en el mes de julio 2024. Los extranjeros representaron el 36.4% de las visitas. Los datos de enero a julio muestran que la Unidad de Conservación ha recibido 1.057.397 personas en lo que del 2024.

Los extranjeros pertenecen a 124 nacionalidades, aunque los países con la mayoría de los representantes fueron: Brasil, Argentina, Paraguay, Estados Unidos, Uruguay y Francia, respectivamente.

Los visitantes de todos los estados brasileños, además del Distrito Federal, estuvieron presentes en el parque en julio. El estado de Paraná lidera la lista, con más de 38.000 visitas. Luego viene Sao Paulo, Santa Catarina, Río Grande do Sul y Río de Janeiro.

Un millón 2024

Las Cataratas del Iguazú, una de las Nuevas 7 Maravillas de la Naturaleza en el Mundo, recibieron el pasado 22 de julio al turista número de 1.000.000. La afortunada turista que llegó cerca de las 13 horas, fue Livia proveniente de la ciudad de Espírito Santo, quien llegó junto a su hija Manuela, y su esposo Rodrigo, para conocer las Cataratas del Iguazú. Curiosamente, el año pasado, el parque registró el mismo número en la misma fecha, celebrando la hazaña el 22 de julio de 2023.

Por otra parte, cabe recordad que el 6 de julio, comenzó el «Bike Poço Preto Tour», una nueva propuesta del Parque que ofrece otra opción de turismo en relación con la naturaleza. La visita guiada en bicicleta proporciona una experiencia inmersiva e informativa por el impresionante camino de Poço Preto, completamente inmerso en la selva paranaense. Los recorridos se realizan todos los días en tres horarios: 9:20 a.m., 11:20 a.m. y 1:20 pm.
