Murió a los 25 años Raphael Coleman, actor de “La niñera mágica”

La joven estrella fue parte del elenco de la película Nanny McPhee y de otras reconocidas producciones.

Raphael Coleman, el adorable colorado de Nanny McPhee, falleció el jueves a los 25 años. El joven actor también había formado parte de Contactos de cuarto tipo, La cuarta fase, Está vivo y Edward’s Turmoil.  Sin embargo, en el 2013 dejó la pantalla grande para entrar a la universidad y dedicarse de lleno a la zoología.

Su madre, Liz Jensen, compartió la noticia en Twitter: «Descansá en paz mi querido Raphael Coleman, aka Iggy Fox. Murió haciendo lo que amaba, trabajando por la causa más noble de todas. Su familia no podría estar más orgullosa. Celebremos todo lo que consiguió en su corta vida y atesoremos su legado».

Su padrastro Carsten Jensen dio más detalles en un emotivo posteo de Facebook. «Colapsó en el medio de un viaje y no lo pudieron reanimar. Lo conocí cuando él tenía seis años y desde entonces fuimos muy unidos», sostuvo y aclaró que el joven no tenía ningún problema de salud.

En el último tiempo, Coleman se dedicó a la protección de poblaciones indígenas. En su Instagram, el ex Nanny McPhee contaba algunas de sus experiencias más enriquecedoras en la selva.

An ideal world is one where this kind of picture is never taken, because wildlife rehab isn’t necessary. A world where monkeys, Jaguars, rhinos, elephants, pangolins, and all the rest are safe, free from exploitation and abuse. . The way we reach that world is by: – getting educated about the illegal wildlife trade and telling people about it – finding out where the stuff you buy comes from: is the source legal? Ethical? Sustainable? Fair? – REFUSING to buy wild animals and plants. . No pets, no parts, no gifts – leave them in nature, where they belong. .
